Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-05-30 These Terms govern your use of TradeWorld Express ("the Platform"). By creating an account, listing a product, or placing an order you agree to be bound by them. 1. ELIGIBILITY You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a legally binding contract under Nigerian law. 2. ACCOUNTS You are responsible for the security of your login credentials and for any activity on your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. 3. VENDORS Vendors must complete KYC verification before listing products. Vendors warrant that their listings are accurate, lawful, and that they have title to sell. 4. BUYERS Buyers undertake to provide accurate delivery details and to confirm receipt of orders within the escrow window. Disputes must be raised before the escrow release date. 5. PAYMENTS & ESCROW All payments are processed by licensed gateways (currently Paystack and Flutterwave). Funds are held in escrow and released to the vendor after the configurable escrow window expires or after the buyer confirms delivery, whichever is earlier. 6. PROHIBITED CONTENT Listings for counterfeit goods, controlled substances, weapons, or any item prohibited by Nigerian law are forbidden and will result in immediate vendor suspension. 7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY TradeWorld Express acts as a marketplace and is not party to the sale contract between buyer and vendor. Our liability is limited to the platform fees we charged on the order. 8. CHANGES We may amend these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Questions: legal@tradeworldexpress.com.
