TradeWorld Express ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and how we handle it under the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA) 2023.
1. DATA WE COLLECT
• Account data: name, email, phone, password hash, addresses.
• KYC data (vendors only): government ID, business registration, utility bills.
• Transaction data: orders, payments, payouts, escrow events.
• Usage data: pages visited, devices used, IP address, cookies.
2. HOW WE USE IT
• To operate the marketplace (process orders, deliver goods, pay vendors).
• To comply with KYC, anti-fraud and tax obligations.
• To send transactional emails (order confirmations, receipts).
• To send marketing emails — only if you opt in; you can opt out any time.
3. SHARING
We share data with: payment gateways, logistics partners, KYC providers, and law enforcement when legally required. We do NOT sell your data.
4. SECURITY
Passwords are stored hashed (Argon2). Payment card data never touches our servers — it is collected directly by Paystack / Flutterwave. KYC documents are encrypted at rest.

6. COOKIES
